The Wudang Tai Chi Chuan - Hand Form is an expression of movement in meditation connecting the whole body with your breath. However to achieve that level of connection we begin the hand form square, below is a demonstration of the Wudang Tai Chi Hand Form square; from Beginning style to Kick out in a curve. Through time we get closer to understanding the ergonomics of the body, how to move fluently, efficiently and effectively in a coordinated fluid manner, in and out of practicing the Tai Chi forms.
Human Constitution
The human constitution is generally determined by body build, that is, the aggregate external features (height, weight, the proportions of the various body measurements, and the extent of development of the muscles and subcutaneous fat). These are established by anthropometric measurements.
These are the elements and minerals the body needs to exist in this world optimally with the right balance in the body so the homoeostasis of the body can function normally.
Dietary guidelines
Diet is unique to each person depending on your blood type, DNA, gender, age, physical activity and so much more. Improving health is of the upmost importance diet can help to balance your mental and emotional state, improve you energy levels during training, for you and the family.
One of the main reasons why we should look into our personnel dietary requirements and ask question about the food we eat is to identify food allergies. Food allergies can range from mild to extremely severe so it is important to be aware, and communicate this information to the right people/staff.
Also the awareness of the alkaline nature of the food you eat is a healthy approach to your diet. Encouraging yourself and family to a higher intake of fruits and vegetables, while restricting processed junk foods, dairy, eggs, meat, most grains, and processed foods, like canned and packaged snacks and convenience foods.
